with a focus on sound, dennis aycicek works mostly in performance art, noise, non-music, and post-industrial soundscapes. Having professional training in audio & video, his approach is grounded in processes of deconstruction and biographical reflection across the mediums he engages with.
aycicek is part of the cologne concert-organizing group soft rotation, the algorithmic sound destruction unit SDCM, and co-hosts seminars and radio shows with otic radio at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne.
