dennis aycicek (*1993 Essen, lives in cologne) works within sound in live contexts, noise, non-music, and post-industrial soundscapes. His influence is shaped by heavy materials, empty spaces and the residue of function to set biographical remains in relation to the present.
aycicek is part of the cologne concert-organizing group soft rotation and co-hosts seminars and radio shows with otic radio at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne. he performed at blurred edges festival, stromspiesser, reiheM, CCCB and moers festival.
